Beth Black, MSW, LCSW
Beth is a licensed clinical social worker who received her master's degree from the University of Georgia and has been working with children, teens, adults, and families since then. Her focus is to offer a safe and supportive environment to her clients, of any age.
Beth has completed Sandtray Play Therapy training through SageSource Learning Center. She uses this training and other play therapy techniques with children and adolescents. Beth is informed in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and has lead DBT skills classes, and has provided individual DBT sessions to adolescents and adults.
Beth is skillful with the struggles of depression, anxiety, peer problems, divorce, self-harming behaviors, family/relational problems, bullying, self-esteem, stress, impulse control, and Borderline Personality Disorder.
Beth offers afterschool and evening hours.
