Kacey Wilson

Dr. Wilson is a licensed Clinical Psychologist. Her journey working in mental health began over a decade ago at Harvard, where she spent five years studying the intersection of the History of Science, Psychology, Religion, Prevention Science, and Developmental Counseling. This path has taken Kacey through diverse cultural landscapes from the U.S. to Brazil and India where she has worked with individuals across the lifespan in both educational and clinical capacities. She has also studied and taught Yoga and Ayurveda at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Her therapeutic approach is rooted in cultivating a rich ecology of being and belonging that supports resilience and balance, both within and without. Kacey is committed to guiding her clients towards peace and presence, providing a nurturing space that encourages self-discovery, compassionate inquiry, and integration.

Kacey integrates evidence-based psychological methodologies across a range of psychodynamic, somatic, and relational approaches. She has found EMDR, somatic experiencing, and Internal Family Systems/parts work most supportive for her clients presenting with trauma histories. Her specialty areas include trauma, interpersonal challenges, family systems work, couples counseling, wellness coaching, and suicide prevention.
